A&T Names Charles Davis New Athletics Director
- The Florida A&M Rattlerettes
volleyball team has cracked the East Region Poll at
#10 in the first rankings of the season. The regional
rankings are released by the NCAA Division I Women’s
Volleyball Committee.

- North Carolina A&T has scheduled
a press conference for Friday afternoon (Oct 11) where
is it expected to name Charles Davis
as its next Director of Athletics. Davis will move
to Greensboro from Bowie State University
where he has been AD for the past two years.
Davis becomes the second consecutive BSU AD to move
to a MEAC school. David Thomas, the
man Davis succeeded, left Bowie State to become Director
of Athletics at Morgan State.

Jerry Seale, head basketball coach
at Saint Paul's College, has been
named Athletics Director at the school. He joins Dr.
Henry White, recently appointed AD at
Johnson C. Smith University as the newest
Directors of Athletics in the CIAA.
