The 1999 All-SWAC volleyball team was released here on the eve of the league's annual tournament, which will be contested in Montgomery, Ala. on the campus of Alabama State University on Wednesday through Friday, November 10-13. In the balloting, three of the six honorees are Alabama A&M student-athletes with one coming Grambling State, Mississippi Valley State and Southern.
