BLACK COLLEGE PLAYERS ON SUPER BOWL XLII ROSTERS

For the second consecutive year, Howard University will have a rookie on a Super Bowl team. Last year, Indianapolis rookie Antoine Bethea was a starter as the Colts captured their first Super Bowl title since moving to Indianapolis. This year New York Giants' rookie defensive back Geoffrey Pope is one of two Giants' players that hail from an HBCU.
