Brown had an impressive game against conference opponent J.C. Smith, where she finished with 27 points, five rebounds, seven assists and three steals. She finished the week with 47 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists and 11 steals.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Davita Watson - N.C. Central, FR, F, 5-11, Ahoskie, NC
Watson chipped in 14 points and six rebounds in the game against Livingstone. She finished the week with 23 points, 13 rebounds, an assist and a steal.

Edward Davis - Bowie State
Coach Davis led the Lady Bulldogs to a 2-0 week defeating Elizabeth City State, 85-54, and Virginia Union, 55-38.

In three games last week, Keyes scored 63 points, grabbed 24 rebounds, handed out four assists, stole the ball four times and blocked four shots. His best game came against Columbia Union where he had 23 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, a steal and three blocked shots.

Hadley's best performance came in the game against Livingstone where he had 14 points, four rebounds, an assist, and three steals. He finished the week with 20 points, six rebounds, an assist and three steals.

Dion Woods - Norfolk State, FR, G, 6’1, 181, Lansing, MI
Woods had an outstanding week finishing with 57 points, seven rebounds, three assists, five steals and a blocked shot. In the game against St. Paul’s, he scored 2l points, pulled down three rebounds, had two assists and two steals.
