GREENSBORO, – North Carolina A&T has announced two personnel changes in its athletics department.
James Dunwoody has resigned his position as A&T’s head women’s tennis coach, effective immediately. Dunwoody spent nine seasons as the Aggies head coach and posted a 24-130 record during his stint. The Aggies were 2-13 overall and 1-4 in the MEAC during the 2013 season.
Director of Athletics Earl Hilton also announced the dismal of head softball coach Mamie Jones. Jones spent 19 seasons with the Aggies softball program, where she compiled a 336-605 record during her stay. The Aggies were 9-35 overall and 7-8 in the MEAC this season.
