uapb dustin sahmannSahlmannPine Bluff, ARK. - University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Director of Athletics Melvin Hines II announced Tuesday that he has accepted the resignation of head volleyball coach Dustin Sahlmann after four years at the helm of the program.

"We are certainly extremely appreciative of Dustin and the work that he has done over the past four years to build a foundation for our volleyball program," Hines II said. "We wish coach and his family the best of luck in his future endeavors."

Sahlman's teams went 36-82 during the last four seasons.

The university will conduct a national search to fill the vacancy.
