Hampton University and Livingstone College will have representation in the women's 400m finals at the U.S. Olympic Trials at Haywood Field in Eugene, OR.
HU's Francena McCrory advanced to the finals with the fastest qualifying time of 50.28. LC's Quanera Hayes also advanced with the eighth best time of 51.28.

The Olympics will be held August 5-21 in Rio de Janeiro.
Finals for the event are schedule to be broadcast on NBC. The event is scheduled to start at 7:38pm ET Sunday with Hayes running in lane 1 and McCrory starting in lane 5.
